The course made me feel supported every step along the way. It gave me a formula, but I was responsible for putting the action into the formula in order to get the results I desired. I was skeptical, not of the program, but of myself and my ability to stick with and cross the finish line. Like so many in this program, I’m a great starter but a not so great finisher. Now, I’m feeling proud. I’m feeling better.
