ABOUT SIMON ATA
– Simon Ata (aka “Simonster”) is a world renowned calisthenics athlete, trainer and physiotherapist. Starting gymnastics at an early age, he became passionate about mastering body control and immersed himself in the world of bodyweight strength training. LEVEL 1
This level focuses on routines to build foundational upper body and core strength and instill proper technique through repetition.
You will need a resistance band with this level.
In addition to the 12 weeks of training exercises, Level 1 comes with the following bonus content:
- Basic Bodyweight Terms, Concepts, and Shapes
- Perfect push-ups and variations

- L-sit tutorial
LEVEL 2
You must have a foundation of bodyweight strength for this level. The focus here is to start training skills like the planche, handstand push-up and front lever.
